Annual Overseed Completed - Course Conditions are Terrific Las Vegas, NV - 9/29/2005 - In order to maintain championship-playing conditions on a year-round basis, Walters Golf closes each of its four courses each fall to Overseed. According to Walters Golf, V.P. of Operations, Butch Fogler, “We have just completed our annual Overseed at each of our courses and are delighted to advise that the courses look great and reports from our guests confirm that they are playing as great as they look.” The annual Overseed is a major under-taking and demonstrates Walters Golf commitment to provide the finest playing condition possible. Courses need to be closed and the Overseed process this year required some 200,000 pounds of seed and upwards of 26,000 man-hours over the four courses.
